Empowering Malawi's Youth, One Skill at a Time
At One for All, we are transforming the lives of young people by providing hands-on training in carpentry, tailoring, electrical skills, and music. Through skill development, we aim to create brighter futures and help youth break the cycle of poverty
Building Skills, Building Futures
Who We Are and What Drives Us
One for All is an independent organization founded by Malawian singer James Kajawo, dedicated to empowering young people through vocational training. By providing skills in carpentry, tailoring, electrical work, and music, we help transform lives and give youth the tools they need to overcome poverty and build a brighter future.
Empowering Through Practical Skills
Our Work, Their Future
At One for All, we provide young people with life-changing opportunities by equipping them with practical skills. From carpentry and tailoring to electrical installation and music, our training programs offer the tools they need to build independent, successful futures and break through from the cycle of poverty.
Electrical Skills
Through our electrical apprenticeship, young people learn the basics of wiring, repairs, and installations, preparing them for careers in the electrical field.
Tailoring
Our tailoring program teaches youth how to cut and sew clothing, giving them practical skills to create their own designs and garments.
Music Skills
We offer training in playing instruments like guitars, keyboards, and drums, while also teaching singing and music production
Carpentry
We provide hands-on carpentry training, guiding young people in crafting furniture and other wooden items using locally sourced materials
